4th October (cringetober time agiann)

This is day four!!! Unfortunately I wasn't able to draw properly yesterday since first I didn't watch Fullmetal Alchemist and 2nd I HAD A VERY TOUGH TIME DRAWING I tried placing one line for hours in front of my tablet and bleh.... I hope I didn't completely insult 2000s fashion with this drawing, I tried looking for references and maybe it's alright maybe not..... weeeelll the point is to have fun, so here ya go!!!
