I do not want to be here so I have a bf and we just started dating like 2 weeks ago and I don't think he likes me anymore. why because he is not talking to me he walked up to me to day said happy birthday and went inside of the school (we were outside in the morning) then I was like okay bye ig not sure why you would want to talk to your friends instead of your gf on her BIRTHDAY . so then I was talking to HIS FRIEND and HIS GIRLFRIEND so we were talking and I was like idk if I like him anymore because he has not been talking to me like all week but they were like yeah but I think he still likes you but I was like okay whatever. Idk give me some advise oh he also DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE so I cant call or text him he has a landline but idk HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Id say that's pretty normal for a boy around that age to act when dating someone. My advice is to just talk to him about it and tell him you want to talk more. Hell maybe go hang out at a mall or something on the weekend if yalls parents will allow it.
Also don't worry about him not having a phone it's probably because his parents don't think he needs one now. Maybe if he has any social media you can try talking to him there but if not id suggest using that good old landline.
yeah his parents are dead its his grandparents and he cant go out passed 4PM and I live in a SMALL town so there isn't any malls around T-T

There is no way that people without a phone exist in this day and age.. And you should like talk with him about that.
The only reason why he would be like that is if he has a surprise for you, but too much time has passed for that to be an option T-T
