Hi! Quick blog before school starts.
I've been getting better mentally, and I'm doing my best to stay consistent. I've noticed something that triggers a depressive episode is if I get a lack of sleep. And now that I'm feeling better I feel like I need less sleep, which I really gotta stay on top of so I don't slip up again.
I'm counting down till Halloween because my friend is supposed to come down and we're gonna slap stickers all around town. I hope there's a haunted house this year.
Anyway, yeah, it's a random blog, but I just felt like writing this. Make sure to get a good amount of sleep and find easy and small ways to keep up with your health. BYE!!
