Anyways, I know it’s late, and that’s usually the time my dysphoria kicks in.For context, I am a trans boy (FTM, he/they/it), and my gender dysphoria is usually low until night time hits.Its just…Like…Why?Anyways, does anyone know any ways for me to help with that?I can’t get a binder cause idk if my parents will agree to it, but any tips on how to make a custom binder would be appreciated!Good morning, or Good afternoon,

Not trans myself but I think I have a idea?
Ontop of your normal bra you could cut a old shirt or something into a strip big enough to go around your chest and back, Wrap it around yourself tightly (Not painfully though!!) and then safetypin/ tie it? I dont know if that would even work, but hope I could have helped in some way :)

As a non binary who hasn't come out yet, I personally wear 2 tight sports bras as a binder :3
