Hello welcome to my random Thoughts And Life Blog. I will chronicle my observations about collage here!

It is currently 10/2/2024, and i am about a month into my first semester.

1. making friends is so fun!!

I've never had issues making friends, but I have had mainly the same 2 best friends since 3rd grade, so i was a little nervous about collage bc i wasn't sure how well i would make friends. But it turns out when you are Gay and Weird, the other Weird Gays will find you through some kind of magnetic force! I've made a lot of friends so far, and even been to some cool places and events with them.

There has also been some friend drama but it appears everyone has emerged mostly unscathed, although one friend has been banned from a whole two floors of the dorms (extremely long story).

My roommate and I aren't quite Friends at this point, but we are Friendly and i think she's pretty great, so yippee!

2. Collage is just a real life simulation (if socialism were real)?

You go to a Thing routinely, you have to do Responsibilities, you haveto Spend Money (dear god they forced us to buy art supplies). You also have a pretty strong safety net and people are there to help you succeed!

i Hate doing the dishes but i have to do them otherwise my dorm will SMELLLLL
