Today is the day I enroll in rehab for 2 months. I am a bit scared and nervous but excited to move on from this 4-year streak of basically killing myself from the inside. Any advice from anyone who sees this?

I donโt know you at all but I want you to know Iโm so proud of you!! ^^ glad youโve gotten this far to grow into the person you are today!! And my advice would be to simply and live and not just exist. Donโt struggle to survive, have free will and donโt let anyone or anything take that away from you. You are a beautiful soul and Iโm glad ur still here.
