Does anyone have a definitive answer to why Australia bans games for dumbass reasons

Being honest, they changed GTA III to get rid of prostitutes, changed FEAR 2 for "too much violence" and nothing about the end of the game and banned so many of the House Of The Dead games its re god damn diculous
