Weird headache

HAII!!! Mabel here!! I just have like a few questions that I'm suuuuper worried about!! :(( Any of you guys like paranormal, yknow, like those weird creatures dipdip studies? Well recently I've been getting suuper bad headaches and I've been getting flashes of some weird triangle guy in my eyes!! yuck!! My dreams have been super weird too! They've been super graphic and gross!! D:
