ethical plus sized (gothic) clothes

Hey hey,

My girlfriend is tall and plus sized (around 178cm/5'8, size XL EU) and has trouble finding affordable (gothic) clothing. Thrift stores almost never have clothes that fit her. Neither of us know how to sew or upcycle clothes but we're willing to learn.

In short, does anyone know where to get affordable clothes her size or cheap necessities for upcycling clothes? If it helps it should ship to the Netherlands.
