getting a permanent nice looking pink without bleaching is impossible, there are temporary spray on dyes that just blanket over your hair color, but it doesn't actually change anything.
with dark hair you'll have to bleach or stick to darker colors, like wine reds, dark blues, and deep purples.

I dye my hair red frequently with no bleaching and it turns out really nice, especially in the sunlight. Its like a nice wine color
