repeating songs

Does anyone else's life feel better and more motivating when you have a song to hyper fixate on. And then you run out of the need to repeat it over and over again, so now your just waiting and looking for something new to listen to. But you cant find anything and you just want to dig yourself a grave and burry yourself?
