Unfortunately I was NOT able to capture a picture of this bug, but I need you all to possess the knowledge of the SIZE of this thing. The length of a human index finger. And it sat so sweetly in my palm!
It’s called the giant leaf katydid! I fed it a little piece of fruit and it loved it.
Bugs are adorable, but Stanley is terrified of them. I showed it to him and he screamed.. oh well! It has a friend in me, I guess!
