my collage has many website pages for al the random little things involved and dear god. i wanted to redo the public website but the students-staff-only websites are even worse. none of these pages have been updated since 2003. because TELL ME WHY THE STDUENT HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER'S WEBSITE IS ALL PLAIN TEXT IN DIFFERENT COLORS. YOU HAVE A WHOLE COMPUTER SCIENCE DEPARTMENT. WHAT

My school just uses myschoolportal.co.uk and SharePoint instead of making their own Intranet websites. used to miss firefly bc you could add your own pages but found a sharepoint site called "all company" that has page creation enabled. i just create stupid websites with my friends in sharepoint.
You could build a better version of their website in php or something and show it to your school's it department. just a suggestion

And I thought my elementary school's website was bad, where there were literally pages that just said "coming soon" and that was it. This was in late 2022, in case you were wondering.
It was even worse than my high school's website, funnily enough, because at least my high school's website still had pages that were complete even if it was still quite lackluster compared to the websites of other high schools I've seen so far.
