This might not seem like the most helpful thing, but back when I had virtual school (thankfully not due to severe injuries, which I'm sorry you've gotten into,) I relied on cheating...
I assume you use your own computer and not a computer provided by your school, therefore they can't, and normally don't track what you're doing 24/7. Quizlet is helpful, but some teachers also admit to making fraud Quizlet answers to bait cheating students. If you want to avoid that, either guess on quizzes or force yourself to work, which is... easier said than done. I'll give you some genuine study tips of mine, I'm currently in Pharmacy Technician Training and this is what I do:

My main problem was distractions. On my computer, I have things like Discord, Spacehey, my modding and coding programs, etc. I can only imagine you have the same thing (minus the modding and coding things.) If you can, don't look at those at all. Force yourself to read.

Another thing about me though, I can't JUST READ something and remember it, it helps if I force myself to write it down in a journal. Typing it out doesn't work, I need to physically write it to remember it. If you want, you can also screenshot resources, like the formula to a math problem, but to really learn something requires you DO it, but you kinda need to know WHAT to do before you do it.

Sometimes, I just don't feel like writing things down, so I screenshot things and put them in a personalized "school folder" to look back at whenever I need. This is especially helpful for very specific things, such as brand names of medicines. Screenshotting is going to be your best friend, trust me.

Whatever you choose to do, hopefully you can get passing grades. I never failed a grade and I wouldn't wish that on an internet stranger.
