Meow, is it just me, or my classmates are just stupid ? or was it just miscommunication?? IDKKKK aaaa i need yalls thoughts

Hello, I am the public relations officer also known as P.R.O in classroom officers. I made some cute announcement text for the entirety of class with the help of my  class president. I added some cute text emojis and other things you can only get through copy and paste stuff. 

One day, me and the class president noticed that the entirety of the class doesnt actually read the message in the group chat of our classroom. It was always being buried by the people who are extroverts in the group chat and the message isnt fully read because it was "long". SOOOO the class president asked it to be much more shorter and much more 'readable' cuz she said that the message isnt going through and still alot of questions regarding the task laid out already BUT the cute text is still there, but I already added less.

IM TELLING YOU MY DEAREST READER. THE. DESCRIPTION. IS. CLEAR.EVEN IF THE EMOJIS ARE PRESENT

it goes like

It has short instructions, and the rest you could just check the assignment tab posted by the teacher.

AND A SEMESTER LATER. The class president now decides to remove all the cute emojis and just go with the bluntest and straight to the point list ever. No designs, just text in red ink.

I understand that she removed all of that cuz yea, it might be an eyesore or, disrupting the list of task or something.

IT WAS LIKE THIS

And since it was yknow, still new. some of the subject has that format with NO TASK WRITEN IN IT

it was only like the example above, but no task was written.

NOW that the list of task was now made, i sent it to the group chat, it was also approved by the class president for me to send it.

NOWWWW THERE IS THIS ONE PERSONN just ONE person, i m not judging I SWEAR but the sentence kinda explains half of the classes' thoughts. 

They asked "Hey what is the extended deadline for this task? some of us are confused."

There is this one side of the page where there is a list of subjects that has a list called "EXTENDED DEADLINES FOR LATE SUBMISSIONS" 

and written under there was, the same as the updated version of the task desc THERE WAS NOTHING WRITEN THERE BUT "TASK DESC" AND "DEADLINE" WITH NOTHING WRITEN UNDER IT

I DONT KNOW BRO I DONT KNOW, The homeroom officers are literally spoon feeding this people.
