"Problematic people"

Idk how to categorise this, sorry!! (this isn't about anybody in particular, I was just in a bit of a mood ig)

I just find it so stupid when people say a celebrity (or anybody tbh) is "problematic," and the thing they've is actually illegal. Imo, calling someone problematic sounds like they got involved in some meaningless online discourse, not committing an actual crime??? 

Saying shit like this is only making it be taken less seriously, which sounds like the OPPOSITE of what is trying to be achieved.
