air conditioner !!!!
parents bought a new ac just yesterday, since the last one we had lasted like 6 years and started just. slowly dying. and now it's directly pointed at my arm when i'm at my desk :3 i'll probably be jack frost by the end of the month.i'm anything but ashamed of my gacha phase tbh
whenever i see sm1 on the internet saying smth along the lines of 'my gacha phase was so cringe', i always reply and ask why, but they never respond (timezones !!), and have moved on and forgotten abt their comment. i think that regardless of what you were doing during gacha 2018-2020—or however long it was—like every fandom, it's greatly impacted you and helped you bloom into who you are now.
for example, now i have better insight on fashion, and know more songs than i would if i hadn't joined the fandom. +lots of old gacha kids have now mostly moved on, and the fandom is dying down a little. but nowadays, opening my yt, i see a lot of gacha videos in the style of 2018 gacha videos!! (its hard to explain, but basically, there are still kids keeping the community alive, doing the same videos we watched and made back then. its rlly heartwarming!!)
coryxkenshin hello???
he is on long-term maternity leave!! its been an entire year, and while i am actively waiting for him to come back by the time i'm typing this, i think he's doing the right thing, taking a break from yt. i see a lot of the 'samurai community', as one would call it, absolutely begging for him to come back. i do miss him!! but as he said in a video of his ('To The Samurai Community) i think it was??), he is human too, and he cant just continuously mass-produce videos.
i'm losing motivation to write so my explanations might come off as messy in this paragraph :") but yeah, don't pressure him into coming back!! it's like a running gag now that every time someone sees/notices him irl, +9 months are added to his hiatus ,_, atp i'm just rambling and dragging on the topic at hand, not actually adding anything, but all i'm trying to say is; his videos have high replayability bro, if you miss him, just rewatch his videos!! i literally go digging deep in his old videos to find smth
this applies to other yt-ers that could possibly on hiatus or have stopped posting! they're people, not just content factories, n they need breaks :3
