I NEED HELP WITH MY HAIRCUT PLEASE >_<

A little while ago my mom told me she wanted to cut my hair because she didn't liked the shape my hair was growing so, no matter how much I tried to tell her no she cut it and not only that

SHE ENDED UP GIVING ME A FREAKING MULLET >:c

She also ruined the haircut I had before and I really liked it because it was THE emo haircut, I know Emo is all about the music and not that much about the fashion BUT I REALLY LIKED MY HAIRCUT AND I DON'T LIKE MY MULLET AT ALL 

my hair has NEVER been this curly and difficult, I literally haven't brushed it because I LOOK LIKE AN ICE CREAM BALL WHEN I BRUSH IT UGHHHH
