SOOO ok how will this project be separated?

UHHHH I WANT MY LAWYER!! ok I understand the major story beats and I'm ironing out all the ending paths. I mostly got the interrogation endings done (WHICH JUST MEANS I KNOW WHAT IM WORKING WITH.) art wise? uhhh heheheh im at the very very beginnings lol. 

How will I be able to play Who's Rammy? 
sad sad news.. i cant code. SORRY IF THATS LIKE. SUPRISING. dude i lack basic math skills, what makes you think I can 3d model, change dialogue, and code new interactions? The most important mechanic in Who's Lila is the face pulling mechanic which i have 0 idea how i would try and make that. So.. think of it like a visual novel? My idea right now is to create video mock ups of the interactions and put those in playlists of the different endings/faces you can make and have those be pop up options at the end of the videos, leading you down the respective path! I have no other ideas rn soooo PLEASE TELL ME ANYTHIGN

what will these dev logs have?
i plan to use them as updates for how the progress is coming along AND as a space to explain the bits of the story im working on. the next few logs will be character break downs/concept explanations!! Who's lila is an expansive game that requires 12 replays, 2 video essays, a fandom wiki and a late night of tulpa pdf readings to understand the full scope (which is not gonna be easier when the prequal demo releases this winter... save me joe chin..) so for people who are interested in this AU, my little logs can provide a starting point that doesn't require all that previous knowledge to understand
