I can't stop thinking
Of who I am or am not
Spaced out blinking
With a twisted heart
In my mind I hurt
Ram the dagger
In flesh I Insert
Then away I drag her
Inside my head I am who I feel
I am not who you want me to be
I wonder if anything is real
Not you, not we, not she, just me
Always something in my brain
It never stops
Constant unstoppable pain
My tears like drops
I finally recognise myself in the mirror
I am who I always felt like
The fog becomes clearer
I and my feelings finally alike
