photos from the philippines! a bundle of pictures from a disposable film camera i took with me to cebu

i have this simple little tradition ive developed where every time i go on a vacation, i get a disposable film camera! ive only started doing this in 2023, but i can say it is a certifiable good idea ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ its such a good way to cement memories; a bonus is that when you get the photos developed, usually the place u get them out will print them out for you, so you also get to see the pictures physically which is super cool and makes the memories more special!!

like i said, ive only started doing this recently so i have 3 separate sets of disposable camera pictures from different vacations; i figure ill make blog posts about each one, so heres my first one!

i went to the philippines in july 2023 and it was fun!! we mainly were with family the whole time but we dabbled in some touristy things lolol and i took a lot of pictures, but i still kinda wish i took more haha

i had two disposable cameras on me for this trip (and a few other cameras, maybe ill make a separate post with those lol) one was the typical disposable film camera, the Fujifilm QuickSnap Flash 400 Camera, the other was a waterproof one, the Fujifilm Quicksnap Waterproof camera... i dont really recommend the latter lolol, i was basically in crystal clear water, and that thing really couldnt capture much which was a bummer; plus, this is mainly my fault, but i wasted like 10 captures because i was so confused on how to actually take photos with the thing LMAOO but yeah, its literally just a normal disposable camera but covered in plastic and with no flash, so imo youre better off just getting a normal disposable camera and then just getting a digital water proof camera... or hell just stick a camera in a clear bag, thatll work just as well lol
