My addiction to sugar has been affecting me a lot lately, acne-wise. Whenever I eat sugary or processed foods, which is pracftically all the time, my acne flares up, and it makes me feel insecure about my looks. I know that to get rid of it, I can just stop eating processed sugar, but whenever I try to I start craving it even more, to the point where I give in to my temptations and fall in the sugar hole, again and again.
I want to stop for the sake of my health, but I always fail to do it. It's been like this for a while now. If anyone has any advice for me, please comment below.
