i made it through the drill. i didn’t play any of the music, but i was able to figure out how to march it, which is the most important. it was also kids night at the game. the littles paired up the dance team and football team and it was real cute. the band directors youngest got to help conduct during our last run through of the school song. usually she just sits on top of his shoulders, but tonight she got to stand on the podium with a drum major and help keep time. we also won. 20 - 14. we got a perfect score so far. they’ve both been against catholic schools. i guess they just ain’t good at football. lastly, today’s my dads 56th birthday. we couldn’t celebrate today cause of the game, but we will tomorrow. happy birthday.
