Design is not intelligent, it is practical. HIV is a thing that's goal is to spread itself, and the fact that it hurts about 65%-70% of the carriers who help it do that does not matter to it bc it does not know. AIDs is our own system morphing to a point where it no longer serves its original use. I would advise if you are gonna believe in god, you should try to factor that into your veiw of him. It will upset you less.
