I've been trying to call this mental health clinic in my city, and all they've done is avoid and Dodge me, I was trying to ask about walk-ins because they mentioned screening so I was curious how that worked incase it costed anything, but all they did was hang up on me and dodge the question. Makes me wonder how they still have a job bc who does that?!

Doesn't sound like they would care to do a good job helping to begin with or the vibe it gives off when they have someone careless like that answering the phone. Is there a way to report that? The point of any mental health facility is to help even with what you was calling about. That's their job. Is it the same person answering the phone or different people? Could be they have a careless employee they hired to be a receptionist that doesn't want to do their job. Heck, if that's the case I would gladly take their job myself if possible!
Honestly! If they don't want the job give it too me! It's been 5 employees, I never got their name, I wish I did so I can get their job...

5 different employees is a lot! Ashame to hear they don't take their job seriously at that facility especially with it involving the purpose of mental health! Too many people joining different parts of the medical field for the wrong reasons. Should be their passion to want to help people. Not just how nice the pay is.
