TW:(POSSIBLE)BLOOD,SWEARING,SA,GAYNESS

A boy with visible blond hair shimmered in the moonlight. I picked up my goggles and situated them down. “Come with me I want to show you something,” He said grabbing my arm. I recognized him from yesterday, who patted me down. I think I remember hearing his name somewhere. “Who are you?” I asked, he was already pulling me through the village. “Come on we’re gonna miss it.” He said continuing to pull me. I followed him out of the village into the woods where there was a bridge over a river. We ran up the bridge where he turned and pointed. “Wait. look!” He smiled pointing to an illuminating light, starting to grow. Lightning bugs filled the area like torches. The river below was a navy blue and the light from the lightning flies reflected off of it. “Wow…” I said putting my hands on the railing of the bridge. “Wait, again who are you?” “I’m Owen.” He said crossing his arms and setting them on the bridge, I heard a creek. “Why’d you bring me out here?” I asked, mesmerized by the water. “It only happens ever so often, I usually bring Jet, but he’s been cold lately…You were new and nice,” He smiled looking over to me. My face was a little hot. “Thanks…” I smiled leaning more of my weight on the bridge’s railing. “Wait, Jets been cold?” I replied with confusion. “He’s been really open and nice to me.” “Cause he likes you, everyone here does besides me.” I scoffed at his reply. “Yeah, right.” “It’s true! I your not even my type, I’m not even into girls.” He stopped his face turned bright red. “Oh, uh…” He seemed trustworthy. “Can I tell you something, that’s kinda stupid that I did?” I chuckled. “Yeah,” He replied. “So when Jet found me I was panicking, alot. He was constantly throwing questions at me and out of pure stupidity I blurted out that I was a girl…” I sucked air through my teeth and looked at his face of shock. “So, you’re a guy?” He ask me, it seemed that he inched closer to me. “Yeah, it’s stupid right, but if I told them now, the group would think I was crazy sinse I sound like a girl under these layers of clothes.” I chuckle pulling the cloth away from my mouth a bit. “Yeah, they probably would.” He said chuckling along as well. “Wait so your name isn’t Cyrus?” He asked, “No, it’s Cyrus.” I looked over to him. Owen leaned in closer to me when a growling sound startled me. I jumped falling against the bridge’s railing. The railing broke and I fell off the bridge into the rushing water. I hit the water hard the stinging struck in. I opened my mouth to scream when water rushed in. I could see my vision blur and turn to black by the time Owen jumped in after me.

“Cyrus! Cyrus!” I felt a strong force on my stomach when I started to cough. Owen ripped the scarf off me and I spit out water onto the grass. “Cyrus! Are you ok-” He looked at me with terror when I realized that he had taken my scarf off, and my goggles and hat got lost in the water. “Shit…” He looked at my face and then the horns on my head. “Owen let me explain-” I grabbed my chest seeing the trickles of blood on my fingers. Owen stood up and started to step away. “Owen…please. Ouch.” Owen turned back as soon as I showed signs of pain. I pull off my trench coat and try to pull off my shirt, in defeat, and lay back, not even knowing my feet were still burning in the water. Owen ran towards us seeing the steam sizzle from my feet. He pulled me from the water seeing my burned skin. “How-What are you.” I winced touching my chest again the trickles of blood were larger. “I’m a Neither-slash-Enderman,” I said leaning against his shoulder. “Well whatever you are we need to get you to Jet, your turning into a red mess.” He picked me up bridal-style and started rushing me through the woods. “You can’t take me to him.” I said pulling on his red hoodie. “You’re badly hurt, and Jet is the medic of our group.” He said dodging past the view of mobs. “Can you at least not tell him i’m Cyrus, just say i’m some mob in need of saving cause I’m good?” I said, the blood from my fingers fading into his hoodie. He sighed heavily and I couldn’t tell if it was from annoyance or exhaustion. “Fine..” He grunted.
