what is up with coworkers who fucking hate trans people

Ok so for context, around August 26-28, there was a transphobic, political note that was left in my training letterbox. it was on the first day of school (i work in childcare and so we were preparing for the kids coming back on their first day of school) and i was going through my box that normally only my trainer and i go through. 

Everybody has their own letterbox to hold their pieces of training and other things from management. and so i grabbed it, read like 2 sentences, and then just bluntly said "What the fuck".

Some coworkers were nearby and asked what was wrong, which prompted me to tell them what i found. Everyone then started to freak the fuck out (they are normal and not transphobic; such a crazy concept guys) and were trying to figure out who could've put that shit in my letterbox. 

I went to management right afterward, and this caused an entire debacle. My management then started an investigation because transphobia is insane; in this fucking day and age. Like holy fuck why the fuck are you doing this shit when you can come up to my face and say it to me. 

Are you that much of a pussy that you cannot come to me and just tell me i'm fucking disgusting and i should kms or something? Like a political agenda note in my letterbox is fucking crazy. First, i would've laughed in your face and tell you clearly you get no dick/pussy if youre that bothered by me being trans. And secondly, the children probably don't even like your bitch ass since the children arent even bothered by me being trans.
