I joined this site as I grew up on 2000s internet but was never old enough to use social media sites then. i miss the personalisation we had. Businesses have ruined the internet, the creativity of the early internet has sadly died. The idea of using the internet to see what we can do with technology has died (and with it the aesthetic of the early internet) as a result of minimalist companies in pursuit of profit
