4x50 stroke on 1min
set two:
ROUND 1
(4x50 kick on back fins on 1min 40sec
6x100 free on 1min 30sec no fins)
ROUND 2
(4x40s kick on back fins on 1 min 40 sec
4x200 free on 4min long rest no fins)
repeat until 6 rounds
cooldown:
300 free no interval
