I wanna become a music artist.
A real one this time. No joke.
I wanna make music not for myself but for the world to hear.
But the thing is... I don't own any instruments or even have money for apps like fl studio n stuff. I have an album cover, tracklist, and I'm currently writing songs rn. But I have no producers, money, and even motivation to sing. I'm bad at singing and I really wanna make this happen so bad. I can't become an artist and sing for the world...
Any tips? I wanna become the person I always wanted to be...

Next, practice what you can. If that's singing... do that. There are a million tutorials on YouTube, freely available, that can help. Search them out. Record your practices and be critical as you listen back to them. This will help guide you in your lessons, pointing out where you need to focus.
Do you have a music class at school, or access through school to some instruments? If yes, do that. Learning some musical theory will help you no matter what instruments you end up playing. Also, learning any instrument will help you learn another, since you'll be getting an idea of what music is and how it can be made. All good things.
There are free DAWs available. Some of which include virtual instruments... drums, bass, piano, etc. You can use these to put together ideas for songs. My suggestion, though, is not to rely on just virtual things... learn to play one or more actual instruments.
Remember, you have your whole life ahead of you. Don't be in a rush. Learn at whatever pace you can, and it's never too late to start. Be realistic about what you can do, all the while improving as you learn. Don't expect fame or fortune... do music because it's your passion. If success comes, it comes. Don't be discouraged by early failures... it happens to everyone. Just keep practicing and learning. You will improve if you put the time in
