It's not often an album makes me feel like this, this deep melancholy I can't put into words, it's a sadness unlike the vast vast majority of albums in similar genres. The closest I can liken it to emotion wise is Uchu Nekoko's Kimi no youni, evoking feelings of a real life sadness that isn't seen in music as often. This album excels in the instrumentation, the contrasting textures give this album life and this amazing depth that I'm just in love with. There's this repeated double reed sounding synth throughout the album contrasted with a multitude of different textures, vibraphone, accoustic guitar, clean and distorted guitar, this electric piano that just cuts through the mix. This album was just a pleasure to listen to would recomment
