Do you know any good sites/apps on laptop/Chromebook that work for animation? I've been having a hard time finding ones that aren't pay to use, or ones that actually work properly. (I have a touch screen laptop btw TvT

You could TRY flipa clip? Its not idle at all though. I used it for a little bit. But each "Scene" I would make a new animation file for. And flipa clip is extremely tedious.
I could also reccomend maybe just using a art program and putting your frames into a editing program and "Animating" from there?
