So in my first blog I said how I wanted to post Oc (original character) stuff and so I'm gonna just share abit of art work and share abit of the plot for anyone who is interested!

firstly, the story takes place in the majority of the 80s though time will move on as the story progresses and I hope to leave of the story somewhere in the 00s. My main four Characters Eden the singer/ lead, Adam ex lead and main guitarist, Jesse the drummer, Maria the bassist and creative lead are all part of mid 80s Rock band sensation named "Cycle of a Star" Who have 80s futurism style. Both Eden and Adam specifically I would say are my main-main protagonist both being love interests between each other. Eden respectively is the main Lead who will have the majority of the story in his point of view. The other relevant characters and Jean Nickson the band manager and Gwen Walker, Nick's associate/ lover.

Let's start off with Eden Antares.

Eden is my Texan sweetheart and favorite box dye red head. He is the newest member of the band when the story starts, having been shoved into the lead role almost spontaneously by their soon to be manger Jean Nickson or usually referred to as Nick where he quickly develops a long lasting crush on the ex lead now guitarist Adam. Eden originally intended to be a solo country artist and never really expected nor had the goal of stardom as he always leaned towards the simpler joys of life, though he was no stranger to having a good time like partying and the occasional hook-up during his time living on the road. Once pushed into the Spotlight pressures soon gets the better our country boy turning to Nick the seasoned veteran to the fame game where he's introduced to addicting drugs. along side using substance abuse Eden finds himself looking for love in all the wrong places developing anther sort of addiction to intimacy.

Next up Adam Sirius.

Adam is the creator of the band having started it all the way back in highschool with his best friend Jesse and maria a little later down the line after their ex bassist left. At first glance you might think of him as mean and brooding with a permeant resting angry look on his face, but with some time and alot of patience you'll find him to be the most loyal friend you could have, though that doesn't stop him from picking on you. Nick's reasoning for replacing Adam was due to the fact that he didn't feel Adam had the image or sound for it. This causes Adam to be difficult and vindictive to Eden at the start of the new band set up and especially pissy with Nick. Eventually however feelings change and he's confronted with his own developing crush on Eden which is very frightening and conflicting to him due to his upbringing and trauma when it comes to his sexuality.

Third on the list Jesse Daystar.

Jesse is your typical stoner hippie. High alot of the time, dresses and acts the part, but beneath this facade of sorts he is a complex person with complex feelings and emotions he hardly ever talks about or ignores. originally meeting Adam freshman year of highschool after he gets targeted by group of bullies and Adam swoops in to help him out. He deals with alot of feelings about his family and with feelings of abandonment aswell as feeling unlovable to a extent from his cold upbringing, with two wealthy parents who favored their eldest child, his older brother who they later blamed Jesse for the death of.

Last but certainly not least Maria Pleiades.

Maria is the overcompensating/ over caring glue of the group who always strives to do her best no matter the task. She was the third member to join back in highschool having to prove herself to Adam originally due to his previous bias against her for being a girl which he has since grown from. Growing up in a big family she found herself always trying to make herself trying to be the best should could be in her grades and future aspirations, course this never stopped her from developing her real interest in art. she always found herself being the oddball or outcast in many places socially for a mirage of reasons like her sexuality as a lesbian or her race, but with the band she finds herself the most comfortable. she still however struggles with trying to overdo it to prove herself as a important member of the group.
