Finally Watching Evangelion!!!!

Guys I blame everyone who tried to get me to watch evangelion as the reason I've gone soooo long without watching it,,, They always lead with "ohhhh its so cerebral" or "ohhhh its so niche and such a literary master piece so its sooo big brained"

Well yes,,, but you literally could of lead with COOL ASS ROBOT FIGHT. listen. I knew it had robot fights, but no one told me they were so WELL ANIMATED WHY COULDNT YOU LEAD WITH COOL ASS ENEMY DESIGN OR COOL ASS BATTLES OR HAVING TO SNIPE ANGELS WITH HUGE LASER GUN BEAM LIKE WTF. Like u dont get it.... I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE MACHINERERY. HEAVY MACHINERIY LIKE IDK WHAT IT DOES BUG OUUUUUUHUUGHGHHGHGHGHH SOOOOO GOOOOOODDD... AND EVA IS JUST JAM PACKED WITH IT EVERYWHERE AND ITS ALL SO SMOOTH AND SOOOOO GOOOOODDD EERRRRRGEREHRUHERHUEH. like why couldn't u lead with that which is arguably more important.

I watched evangelion when i was a little kid,, like I have the premium, box set and i knew it had like a ton of sybolism and stuff but I dont remeber it cause that was like 12 years ago but everytime someone reccomended me to watch it,, it was from such a place of like superiority just cause u are watching youtube symbolism analyzations of this old anime doesnt make u better than me,,,,,, like shut uppppppp....

well anyways it still stand that I am really enjoying it so far but I blame everyone who sucked all my intresest out of it from the get go and I blame everyone whos gonna say told u so when I hit them with sticks and hammers.
