Meee! I've gotten into v-kei like four months ago but I'm already a hardcore Malice Mizer fan. I mostly love old v-kei like BUCK-TICK, Moi dix mois, Raphael, L'Arc en Ciel and D'erlanger, so I'd be happy to receive any recommendations!

Right here!! I wish I had known back then that I sould have been screenshoting all the Ebay ads for Vkei pieces from back in the day, bc now it's very hard to find them. I wish we had a resource like the lolita comm does, like a Lolibrary but for Vkei.
i never got deep into the music, but like, some mana-sama bands , some gakt, but I loved the fashion so much! i feel that its that little flair of glam rock/ Over the top drama that has been lost with the modern interpretation of visual kei, and well as a couple of those well known physical shops that served it closeing (Ie: Ghost of Harlem, Peace Now) so Like, the feather flairs, or the chunky faux snake panels are missing.
Pink savior will sometimes do some stuff that kinda hits, but it still suffering from being more toned down than prev brands.
visual kei community rlly needs to stop the gatekeeping on brands and all stuff! nice mind of yours
