SPOILERS AHEAD
ending one - jecka gone
i'm not gonna lie, i rlly hated nicole during this one. like i know she's like a sociopath & all but that's really messed up especially to your best friend. i can't rlly speak for her since i'm obviously not her, she's super duper nonchalant & i genuinely have every single chalant bone in my body. but based off personal morals, it was really selfish of her to do that just because jecka didn't share the feet money.
like she didn't even know what situation jecka was in & still decided to do that for her own self-gain. like obviously she doesn't see jecka's life because nicole isn't jecka, but it rlly shows how nonchalant & sociopathic nicole's character is since there wasn't even a single hint of empathy shown from her.
jecka being so worried that something was happening with her dad also was quite heartbreaking. imagine being so concerned then having to walk in to see THAT just happening. nothing was happening to your father who has a medical condition but hurts you 24/7, instead he had your BEST FRIEND'S FEET IN HIS MOUTH AFTER YOU WOULDN'T SHARE A SIDE GIG WITH HER TO EARN EXTRA MONEY.
that whole thing with her selling her feet & it driving her to the edge after she got into deep is so heartbreaking. her little monologue of her thinking she was dumb & stupid is so sad because like no she isn't, she just didn't know what else to do & selling her feet seemed like the best option to do so she could earn money easily rather then having a job is so sad, she just chose what she thought was the easiest.
in this ending though, she ended up being gorgeous forever.
ending two - bye jeffery
obviously not a big fan of these foot endings but obviously we don't like jeffery but we can't help but feel bad at least a little bit, especially after the text from his mum. nicole saved her from the whole foot thing though. i didn't feel anything towards her though especially after the first ending but the little monologue of it being "me" or "them" referring to jeffery made me be like "dang..." especially after the first ending since it was abt who would rather be gone.
"was that her intention? **** no!" jecka is always aware of how much nicole never cares about anything, since she literally saved jecka from the foot thing. "but as much as ppl hate her, she's kinda necessary." jecka you're such a cutie but please. not after the first ending I JS COULDN'T WITH NICOLE IN THAT MOMENT.
but overall, hate jeffery from the first two games but still have some sympathy.
ending three - slavery..?
i js couldn't with this ending, it was rlly rlly random. and ik ppl may be affected by this ending because of real time events happening today. i think this was supposed to be one of the dark humour things but i can't lie i didn't laugh at all. racist & insensitive ending. the way she still cares abt nicole even though she became a literal SLAVE?!?!?
ending four - bye bye ari
jecka's emo hot topic & unstable era. i didn't feel anything when i first watched this ending especially after the last three because idk this one felt like filler. jecka had to get a job, got a job at an emo place, became unstable because of the job, & ending up crashing into ari while she was working her job.
like that's literally all i can say because it js felt like a huge filler, not that memorable tbh. i was yapping & it took me a good minute to remember that this ending existed.
ending five - door opened
now after all those four majorly EHHH endings, this actually broke me when watching the gameplay for the first time. the way this ending also connects to the ending of the nicole ending herself ending (lots of ending ik) made me so devastated. one ending with another i saw a comment say online.
nicole overexerting herself to not be rude to any of the boys in the school with bad intentions just because her mum demanded that nicole must act nice to anyone basically. poor girl for being so tired to the point she got pushed to the edge after being so exhausted & not having enough time to indulge in stuff she actually cared about was an ending that made me feel bad for her during the re-up.
jecka having to deal with her dad hitting her at home because of his random rages, being forced to date her teacher just so she doesn't fail even though it makes her so uncomfy, & her being in therapy for all those things, the way she bottled it all up & ending up making that bottle overflow is so saddening.
she went to the only person she thought she had left, her best friend nicole. pulls up to her house, it's all dark & it seems like no one is home. jecka walks up to her room, door opens BOOM. nicole is hanging, her best friend is hanging. the one person jecka had left in her life. the way she was the first one to see her dead made me BAWL.
the note, aka the monologue from nicole from the re-up SO SADDENING WHEN JECKA WAS READING IT. jecka finding out what nicole had to deal with too while jecka also had her own things, two traumatised girls. this ending made me realise that jecka & nicole were two girls that just both had too much going on in their own lives.
"what do i do now..." that line from jecka, shattered my heart. she sounded so hopeless, nicole was practically the only person jecka had considering all the men in her life with bad intentions. a month later, she's still in therapy. nothing had changed for jecka apart from the fact she got sympathy for a week until things went back to how they used to.
jecka not being able to replace nicole, even though we all know how bad her personality is with her being a sociopath. jecka not being able to move on, nicole's passing being so difficult for her. jecka was at her lowest, especially since she had no one left. not much people cared about nicole, jecka had to deal with guys asking her out the day after she had lost her best friend.
groomed by her teacher, her best friend ended herself, dad hit her. what changed? absolutely nothing.
jecka only receiving lots of gifts the day after, then everyone went back to not caring. the way she felt alone, like her life would be different forever.

The fact Jecka found Nicole while she was dealing with her own shit and just wanted comfort and safety in that very moment is one of the first things I thought when watching that ending. Watching Jecka's game in general just made me realise shes not the rich-preppy white girl shes depicted to be in the first two games, her home life is miserable.
I think you're right though, when it comes to Jecka & Nicole being two traumatised girls, they really did only have each other to rely on :(
