thinking abt cosplaying

so i've been wanting to do some cosplay for the past few days alr. i settled on cosplaying revivedbur from dsmp considering his outfit was the one i had the materials the most. i think it's okay-looking ??? i'm kinda scared of posting pics of the cosplay though bcs i used a shawl to replace his hair ( i'm muslim, yes ). i'll be honest, i don't have much confidence to do this bcs this is my first time and i've never seen any hijabis cosplay dsmp. most hijabi cosplayers ( in my country at least ) go for genshin or anime characters, so this is pretty foreign territory for me.

so uh, yeah. i couldn't find anyone close to ask mainly bcs i'm basically just nosediving into cosplaying, but i need some thoughts and opinions. and please don't send hate or whatnot for this question, i just want to do this for fun and hopefully make someone's day better.
