so.. i have my vascular appointment tomorrow after waiting since early august, it's just a consult to talk about the possibility of having renal vein compression (aka nutcracker syndrome) 
since they found pelvic venous congestion during my surgery, it's likely there is another type of vein compression going on since it's usually not just a standalone condition, and also i have never been pregnant before which is one of the main causes of PVCS/PCS. i have a trend of having unexplained protein and often times blood in my urine, and so i'm concerned it is renal compression. i could have other compressions as well, but those will require further and more intensive investigation and imaging.
i'm nervous as unfortunately, women's health is not always taken seriously 
but these are the steps i have to take for now. when i'm living more independently, i will most likely have to travel further away to meet with doctors who specialize in endometriosis specifically, but until then i have to stay with who my primary recommends
