My grades are totally ass! I don't study for my tests, so that's why....I must lock in and that is what I will do! I've devised a total healthy girl plan:
1. NO SUGAR, or like, very little...Oats for breakfast, boiled egg for snack, and steak dinner! If I go out with friends get 0% sugar in EVERY drink (I like bitter anyway so this I don't mind)
2. STUDY FOR REALZ! I can't just do the homework and space out...I must study...
3. SIGN UP FOR ROWING! I love rowing, plus, exercise makes me happier.
4. WORK OUT! In the morning...Something small..
5. TOTAL SELF CARE! Red light treatment...Face mask...Hair Oil....Skin Care....
I pray this plan works...I must lock in...
