September 2024 - Art Blog on My Birthday Yippeeeeee

hey y'all, since i was here anyway to update my age on my profile and check in on things, i thought I'd see if there was any art i hadnt shared here yet but wanted to. this will prob be a short one, cause ive been mostly working on a game project in godot these past weeks... so not a lot of drawing being done lol

1. Silly Robot Guy

i had a random urge to design a robot character so i did, havent done anything else with em but i still like the design anyway (theres also an alternate colour palette i did with cooler colours instead)

2. Re-imagining a Friend's Character

one of my friends had this idea of taking an oc the other made, and designing them as if they were your character. I tried my best to keep the core of the character the same, but the outfit is entirely different iirc lol

3. (Very Late) Gift For My Partner :P

i wanted to draw this for his birthday as a gift but i was in a big art rut at the time so it didnt happen :(

still, he ended up liking this a lot i think, so im happy i did it at all

4. "When zap 2"

silly little series i put too much effort into the background for, made for my heather ask blog on tumblr lol. this ask, goofy as it was, appeared to be a follow-up of the first ask i ever got, so it's a fun comparison point in how my responses have evolved there.

5. Blondes DO Have More Fun

def the most "high effort" drawing ive made recently. did another crack at using halftones and im wayyy happier w the result this time. i actually really like this drawing tbh
