Mysterious Condition

One night like a couple of years ago i woke up thinking i was having a heart attack. It didn't feel like heart burn or anything like that. It was way worse. I thought i was gonna die. We went to the hospital and none of the doctors could figure out what was wrong. They concluded that it had to be a mental issue; like my brain was playing tricks on me and making me feel pain. I went to see a neurologist who concluded the same and told me id likely feel this way for the rest of my life. I now randomly feel pain everywhere on my body. It hurts so bad but i've gotten used to it overtime.
