Erm guys how do you talk too ppl?

whenever i like try talk to someone my brain just dies and i start rambling or i space out or do something supid.I dunno why or what to do abt it cuz i l=is an ambiverted person i think.Even when i talk to my friends irl and online(irl) i never text first cuz i never know how to start convo :C. Ples if anyone has any tips or anything T-T (SOS i desperatly need to learn how to be social) amd im not gonna bore ppl with my lore and stuffs so ye :3
