i play the drums and i’ve been playing for about a year, 23, junior year i joined band and started playing the snare, the class has a drum set and the teacher lets us use it and that’s where i found my love for it. i didn’t have my own set till july of  24 so in the time between i could only play in the class for 15 minutes only once maybe every other day. i didn’t improve much until my friend gave me his since he’s on guitar now. ever since than i’ve improve a good amount bc of consistency but i still have trouble on knowing what to practice because i want to get better but without have any guidance it’s so much trickier. it’s really fun especially with friends. i try working on it everyday like playing to my favorite songs or just practicing things like fills or beats
