Sigh. Adulting is hard.

Title says it all hahah. Finding out tomorrow if my hormone levels are going up or down still. If they’re still going down I lost the pregnancy :/ otherwise idk. Ugh. The waiting is miserable and frustrating. I feel stuck at a standstill even though I’ve more or less accepted the reality that I’ve probably lost the pregnancy. But then why hasn’t an active miscarriage started? It doesn’t make any sense. Ugh.
