Illustrations #11: Elphelt Valentine

Guilty Gear fans are going to love this one: I've drawn Elphelt Valentine! This was requested by a user on Discord, and with how beautiful and popular she is, I had a lot of fun drawing her! I decided to try and tone down my excessive shading for this illustration, and it worked wonders. I hope the recipient is pleased to see this!
