today's 3am thoughts

la relación yo(ezi)-tecnología cambió mucho desde sus inicios, hace unas dos décadas.

todo empezó con esa pc tosca, ruidosa y de color hueso, emuladores y luego webs con juegos, foros y ver videos en youtube sin tener una cuenta.

ahora estoy acá, sentándome horas consecutivas tratando de expresar mi "yo" y divirtiéndome en el proceso. ¿es todo esto un intento un poco desesperado por volver a un pasado que ya no va a volver?

no estoy segura.

hacemos lo que podemos todo el tiempo para hacer disfrutable nuestro paso por esta vorágine, me hace feliz poder agregar colores y sonidos, sensaciones y pensamientos.

no se puede volver al pasado, pero si podemos aprender de los errores y aciertos, y así traer al presente lo mejor de eso.

somos más que números, somos más que algoritmos.

el internet (no) está muerto.

the relationship me(ezi)-technology has changed a lot since it all started, like two decades ago.

it all began with that bulky, noisy, off-white pc, emulators, and then websites with games, forums, and watching videos on youtube without even having an account.

now here i am, sitting for hours trying to express my "self" and having fun in the process. is all of this just a low-key desperate attempt to go back to a past that’s never coming back?

i’m not sure.

we’re always doing what we can to make this crazy ride a bit more enjoyable, and it makes me happy to add colors, sounds, feelings, and thoughts to it.

we can’t go back to the past, but we can learn from the mistakes and the wins, and bring the best of it into the present.

we’re more than numbers, more than algorithms.

the internet is (not) dead.
