Q: how was your day, sydney?               

 A:      my day was pretty good!! i started my day off with a shower and rushing out the door - no breakfast because i was wearing a tight top #justgirlythings. I came into school late and didn't get to talk to my friends, but I did get a basically free period for Asl because I finished my project already. although, I did get a pop quiz that I definitely flunked. in third period, it was pretty boring. fourth period was study hall and break and i couldn't find ezana (the person i normally walk with at recess) and I was too scared to approach my other friends, so i just walked alone. kind of humiliating lol, but I guess some days are like that! at least I had music. fifth period was a productive math period, and lunch was pretty average. seventh period was a really fun art class - my project is going to be a 3d cardboard sculpture of a kogyaru plants vs zombies zombie. after school, I did homework and did babysitting. it was fun - it was my first time babysitting and the kid I was taking care of was adorable! I got 40 dollars, too! 

 Q: what's on your mind, sydney?

  A:      i'm worried that the parents of the kid i babysat didn't like me very much. i'm very young and they apparently didn't know it was my first time babysitting. I made a couple of mistakes when taking care of the kid so i'm like freaking out wondering if any of those mistakes made them mad! I'm also worried that I won't be able to get my grade up. i've spent a lot of time working on overdue math homework, but when I turned it in, my grade still remained a D+, even when those assignments were graded. talk about discouraging..

 Q: what did today sound like?

  A:      I actually didn't listen to very much music at all! today was mainly easy listening, jazz, sophistipop and r&b because that music makes me productive and gets me out of creativity blocks.

current mood : sleepy and relieved, but a little uncomfortable (as always for some reason)

albums listened : none besides brilliant corners (thelonious monk) and diamond life (sade). pretty disappointing album day, i'm very sorry.
