Bitchass mf I sit next 2 in math

I’m sorry I don’t mind people who make random noises and hum occasionally or whatever but this mf who sits next to me in math does it ALL the time like ALL the time nonstop.. and chews gum with his mouth open… and randomly makes weird comments about me like “Why would you dye your hair like that”. I’ve asked him several times to atleast chew gum with his mouth closed NICELY and he literally said ‘You can’t tell me what to do” like okay?? Anyways should I ask the teacher if I should move..
