uploading mini gifs

anyone know a site where i can host mini gifs without the size getting altered? i specifically need a site that will successfully allow me to display them on my profile. i typically use giphy to host, well, gifs, but it changes the size and i can't find information on how many pixels mini gifs typically are so that i could just manually change it myself. i'll link an example of the kind of gifs i'm talking about below...

the image above is hosted on the layouts section of this page, and i know that sourcing images from spacehey's layouts works well... but posting your own (using it as my hosting site) is currently unavailable. imgur doesn't work for me, flickr (my usual image host) doesn't allow gifs, and jumpshare actually did display the gifs in the correct size when i tried it... for about a day before it broke. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks for reading.
