French Milk Sauce & Italian Garlic Oil

French Milk Sauce 

Note:

I do not know if this is the right category but this is just a recipe for making A French Milk Cream Sauce, Bonus i will add the Italian oil version. Btw i am not sure if this is Really a French Milk Sauce and Italian garlic oil.


In A Stove Material 

  • A Pot (small width aka ground) a little tall length (The walls)
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Knife and Cutting Board
  • An Cooker or stove 
  • A plate for the soup 
  • A Cup

 

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Peeled and Chopped Garlic
  • Cooking Oil
  • Milk Cream 
  • Water or Milk
  • Flour


Instructions

- Turn the stove on and put into medium - high heat and put the stove there for a minute or 2

- Add the water or milk in the cup, i recommend you fill half of the cup

- Then open the cut if the container of the cream is cartoon, also open the salt if it is package 

- Add the oil after the pot has been heated, put the head set on the medium

- Put the Garlic after one minute then cook until golden brown

- Once the garlic turned brown add the butter, prepare the flour, milk/water and cream and salt by putting it on the side.

- Add the flour and stir until the Oil and butter it is absorbed, the flour will turn like sand - clay texture and yellow, add the heat into medium - high if you wish

- Add the water/milk and stir, after stirring the surface of the pot will go dry, add the milk/water a little until it soften.

- Add the cream if it is already a fluffy paste, stir until the paste is dissolve, When the paste dissolve, the milk will get thicker.

- Add a small o salt in the soup then taste test. If you wish to add more salt or other ingredients as you wish then proceed to do so.

-Put into a plate soup and enjoy.



Italian Garlic Oil

I most likely do this on Macaroni Pasta.


In A Stove Material

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic


Instructions

- Turn the stove on and put into medium - high heat and put the stove there for a minute or 2

- Add the oil after the pot has been heated, put the head set on the medium

- Put the Garlic after one minute then cook until golden brown

- Once the garlic turned brown, add salt.
